The electric mortise lock is an electronically controlled lock, which drives the extension or retraction of the "bolt" through the on and off of the current to achieve the function of locking or opening the door. Generally, an electric bolt lock is composed of two main parts: a lock body and a keyhole. The key component in the lock body is the "lock tongue", which can be combined with the "lock hole" to realize the two states of "closed" and "opened". That is, the lock tongue is inserted into the lock hole to close the door, and the lock tongue leaves the lock hole to open the door. The working principle of the magnetic lock is the same as that of the electromagnet. It uses electricity to generate magnetism, and then the opposite poles attract each other. When the current passes through the silicon steel sheet, the electromagnetic lock will produce a strong suction force and tightly attract the adsorption iron plate to lock the door. effect. As long as a small current electromagnetic lock will produce a huge magnetic force, the access control system that controls the power supply of the electromagnetic lock will cut off the power after identifying the correct personnel, and the electromagnetic lock can open the door after it loses its suction. Because the electromagnetic lock has no complicated mechanical structure and the structure of the bolt, it is suitable for the passage control of the escape door or the fire door. The lock body is protected by pouring epoxy resin inside. At present, the suction strength of electromagnetic locks is expressed in LB (pounds), and the test method is static pressure.


The so-called static pressure means that the electromagnetic lock gradually increases the pulling force on the adsorption iron plate after the electromagnetic lock is energized. The data of this tensile force is the tensile force value of the electromagnetic lock. Usually the signal transmission method between them is through RS422, RS485, RS232 several commonly used data transmission methods, among which RS422 is a duplex data transmission method. Transmitted to the outside. The transmitted data is generally in odd numbers. Three-wire and five-wire signal lines are used for more wiring, and are used for signal induction with magnetic locks or electric bolt locks in the placket system. RS485 communication converter. It is a double and a half singular data transmission signal. His characteristic is that there is less wiring. The transmission distance is long and the magnetic lock or electric bolt lock connected with it should not be too many. If there are too many, it must be divided into multiple interfaces without management.
