The needs of ordinary consumers have been reflected in the real estate market. In Guangzhou, many real estate companies such as Country Garden, Evergrande, Vanke, China Overseas, Poly, Jinmao, Yuexiu and other real estate companies, as long as they are mid-to-high-end positioning products, currently basically use high-end smart door locks as the delivery standard, even in Zengcheng, Nansha and other places will also adopt smart door locks as the delivery standard for real-estate real estate for first-time home buyers.

According to industry insiders, with the advent of the era of refined decoration and delivery of buildings and long-term rental apartments, the market's demand for smart door locks will increase.

Statistics released by the National Lock Industry Information Center show that the demand for my country's smart lock market was 2 million sets in 2015, 3 million sets in 2016, and 8 million sets in 2017.

It can be seen from these data that the demand for smart locks in my country is growing at a rate of more than 50% every year.

 2. The industry national standard is expected to be introduced next year

As an emerging product in the home furnishing industry, smart door locks are now regarded as the outlet of the industry. Among the many companies that have entered, there are "scientific class" backgrounds and some half-way renunciations. Variations in product quality are inevitable. At present, there are no national standards for related technologies and after-sales services.

Fortunately, the relevant national departments are drafting relevant regulations, and the national standard will be issued soon.

 At the 2018 Smart Lock Industry Development Summit, Zhang Yonggang, deputy director of the China Smart Building and Residential Area Digital Standardization Technical Committee, said that smart door locks are an important part of smart homes, which not only require physical security, but also pay attention to information security.

 "A series of standards are required for smart door locks in terms of security, data interface, cloud platform security, etc. We will set up and establish a smart door lock industry standard working group before the end of August this year; the national standards are now in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Construction Entering the process approval process, it is expected to be released next year."

3. To buy smart locks, you need to look at the brand

Before the introduction of the national standard, how should consumers buy smart door locks? Some people in the industry said that if you want to buy a good lock, you must first look at the brand. Well-known big brands will be relatively reliable; and products with a price of less than 2,000 yuan should be cautious when buying.
